Steve Felt: Steve Felt started his first business while in 8th grade, it was a lawn service he and his brother ran from their father's home. They built the business from a small lawn cutting business to over 30 employees and large commercial properties. In 1993, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Elon College (now University) where he made and sold t-shirts to students while his brother ran the lawn service back home in NJ. After graduating he sold his half of the business to his brother and moved to Aspen, Colorado. While in Aspen Mr. Felt bought a limousine company and expanded it from 1 stretch limo to more than a dozen subcontracted limousines and signed contracts with 2 airlines to be their on-call ground transportation. Steve sold the business after 3 years and started a mortgage company, then named Felt Financial Group, which has been in operation since 1999 and is now doing business as Creative Business Finance, LLC. Steve is the Director of Business Development and Managing Director. He is responsible for hiring and training new business finance consultants.
